You are a valued customer and so we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If after receiving your purchase you are dissatisfied in any way, simply mail it back to us (via any carrier you choose) within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly issue you a refund of the purchase price, not including the charged for shipping. You will also be responsible for the costs of shipping the product(s) back to us. Please note however the additional policies and instructions below.
Product Return Condition:
Product(s) must be returned in their original condition with original packaging and any instructions or manuals. In regards to items considered to be repair parts (including batteries), they must not have been installed. We will not accept parts back for return if they have been used (just the nature of the business). Also, we record all original part / serial numbers so please do not try and send back a defective part for return instead of the original one. In regards to items considered to be accessories, the box may have been opened, but if a product has been damaged (including cosmetically) by you or is missing items, we reserve the right to reduce your refund by an amount that is fair to both parties.
Product Warranty:
We guarantee that all of our products, both parts and accessories, will not be Dead on Arrival (DOA) or become defective due to no fault of the customer for 2 month - 1 year after receipt . If your product becomes defective during this time period, please contact us at order@psxboy.com. We will ship you a replacement part/accessory at no charge after we receive the original defective product, unless we are out of stock, in which case we will instead have to provide you with a refund. Once again, we record all original part / serial numbers so please do not try and make a warranty claim for a different defective part.

How and where to send Returns and Defective Products:
Before returning a product (regardless of the reason), please contact us at order@psxboy.com with your order number, product(s) to be returned, and the reason why (e.g. changed your mind, product was defective, wrong product, product was damaged by carrier). If the product is the wrong product, was damaged, or is defective, we will always ship you a replacement first if possible before offering a refund, and we will ship it to you for free once we have received the original product. Again, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges no matter the reason. Also, we will not be held responsible and cannot grant a return if the product is lost or damaged on its way back to us (therefore insurance and delivery confirmation might be a good idea).
